We understand that you are ordering a parts run because you need them for your business to run and to flourish. When you flourish, we flourish, and so it is in our best interest to always do what is in your best interest. To this end we will always get your order completed and delivered as quickly as possible. We’ll never bump your job out of the way in favor of another job for any reason like most other shops routinely do. If we say we will deliver in a certain date-range, that means we will deliver in that date-range. Completion and delivery times vary depending on the extent and complexity of your job, and so we will give you a reasonable and realistic delivery time up front before we ever begin production. We will never tell you what we think you want to hear just to get your work. If we say it, we will do it.
